Nvidia has received approval from the European Union to proceed with its acquisition of Israeli GPU orchestration platform Run:ai. The EU determined that the merger would not lead to a monopoly, as other hardware options compatible with Nvidia remain available.

However, the deal faces delays in the U.S., where it is still under review by the Department of Justice.

The acquisition, estimated at $700 million, highlights ongoing consolidation in the AI market. Originally announced in April, this development signals a positive outlook for similar deals in the sector.
